Big 3 upgrade problem.

On my jeep the +terminal connects to the alt like any other vehicle. However, there are three wires running from this cable. All of these wires/cables go to different things. That said, Should I put the 0gauge with the factory wire on the alt, or take the factory off and just leave the 0gauge?

leave it on there bro nothing bad will happen, only the one wire running to your positive will be replaced with 0 gauge so it will get to your battery faster.hope this helped

get a good multi connection battery terminal and break out the wires there. You can get fancy and add ditribution blocks from if you like.

It did, but I just want to clarify;

I should leave the factory Alt->Battery cable on, and add the 0-gauge too?

lol, two different answers. I suppose this way is cleaner though, a little more work, but cleaner. Thanks for the help! I don't know why this didn't occur to me. I suppose I was just being lazy :/
