Weight Lifting Supplements?

x2. i hear that too much protein can damage your kidneys. and that it's better to get more natural protein from regular foods. you want about 50% of your weight in grams of protein a day if you're exercising

At the end of the day your body can only absorb about 30 or so grams of protein per hour, so the 50 gram shakes are pretty over the top. I used to work in a gym, and I never heard of anyone's kidneys being damaged from too much protein.

um milk helps lol....I leg press 1000 and need to hit 1,450 to be satified o well...MILK FTMFW!!!!

good god!! is this a legit rep or some half ass pussy rep where u barely go down...the most i have done is aroung 800-850lbs...cant remember, its been a couple of years....but that was a legit rep where my knees where at a 90degree bend damn near touching my chest..

on another note..its all genetics anyways....a buddy of mine has never even drank a protein shake in his life..no joke. he could live off cookies and milk. he weights 160-170 has around 5% body fat and maxed out last year on the bench at 317lbs....i hate him...lol...he is ripped! and all natural!!

I have seen quite a few peoplpe like that come through the gym I worked at. When I was lifting I always had a weak ass deadlift, and I was struggling to deadlift 550, and this guy walks up and pulls it out of nowhere, and was holding the weight and asked me " is this how you're supposed to do it?" I was more than a little pissed.

1000 on the legpress is pretty good man. took me forever to finally get that number, but after that it was smooth sailing for another few hundred pounds...the numbers tend to get in your head.

Does anyone know alot about supplements? Ive got about 300 bucks not dedicated to my system and I want to drop it on some supplements. Nothing too extreme, I was mainly looking at Nitrix, NO explode, and just some quality whey protein. Does anyone know if you can mix Nitrix and NO explode? Have any other recommendations?

not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it. :)

pec deck 150lbs

shoulder press 120lbs

and I did 310 on leg raises

I am so not fat looking but need abs quick...

Protein shakes and shit suck

I am 100% no proterin drinks diet in me lol

Yah I am like 230lbs....working on the abbs... My legs are pretty much yah built like a tree lol

you can see pretty much all the muscle lol

Abs are all about diet man. yeah you have to work them out, but you have to have very little fat over them. speaking of fat...I need to start losing weight since I dont powerlift anymore. no need for me to be over 400 pounds if I aint moving big weight anymore.
