Dax
I like it, once you get the process down you could sell them to offset your cost. bumpinTL364
just out of curiosity, what is the process to getting this to work without the resin dripping and collecting to somewhere where it shouldn't be? CJ18
just out of curiosity, what is the process to getting this to work without the resin dripping and collecting to somewhere where it shouldn't be? Should be sick! Once I figure that out, it will be a secret. Second try. Used much less resin for the first 2 laminating coats. Hopefully just enough to get the two layers to laminate together and dry with no puddles. Once this coat dries, I will trim it down and put the final laminate coat of resin on. This coat i will have to be very careful so not get it too thick and get another puddle.

CJ18
Here is the finished prototype for the 15". The final product will have more layers to add strength, this was just to see if I could get it to work. I should be able to make them in all sizes before long.
