Got bored and figured I would try and make something.

I like it, once you get the process down you could sell them to offset your cost.

just out of curiosity, what is the process to getting this to work without the resin dripping and collecting to somewhere where it shouldn't be? Should be sick!

Once I figure that out, it will be a secret.

Second try. Used much less resin for the first 2 laminating coats. Hopefully just enough to get the two layers to laminate together and dry with no puddles. Once this coat dries, I will trim it down and put the final laminate coat of resin on. This coat i will have to be very careful so not get it too thick and get another puddle.

why not just let it cure laying like this the first time? im a noob at using resin/fiberglass so just curious here
