BEEMDUB
I have this 200 amp pac battery relay that I took out of my dads truck because he no longer needed his second battery, it was in his car for about 4 or 5 years so it was in there for quite a while lol...Is there a way I can test it to make sure it works correctly before using it in my car? skittlesRgood
relay or isolator. isnt that the same thing? 1st off, you dont need it unless you like to sit with the car off, playing your system until the battery dies. if you are smart enough to not do that, you dont need one. 2nd. if it was working in his car until you pulled it out. then im sure it still works. last, put power to the coil on the relay then take a dmm and measure resistance across the two poles. if you get a reading, it works. you should also feel the click from the relay when you power the coil.
