Or it is possible that heat builds up to the point where it softens the aluminum former at it's weakest point. fox_racin4 Posted February 20, 2012 Author Report Share Posted February 20, 2012 IIRC SA10s dont "bottom out" the coil cant hit the back plate, the tripple joint hits the pole piece first i believe, But since it broke at highish vomume it did smash the back plate a tad.. It was makin some noise before adding the 2nd pair of amps so i probly just finished it off?
