carshateme Posted February 20, 2012 Report Posted February 20, 2012 Just built for a guy in GA, 60lbs, tuned at 32hz The statics, thanks to the help of some guys on the forum The rough sketch 3/4 MDF board, purchased and cut at home depot Using a crap ton of a TiteBond 2 glue The sides going on. Staples and Screws Both ports done.. The front cut out, done The splitter (I ain't very good at 45 degree cutting) Face plate, Port all screwed in Front view Almost done, top added on Port painted black, to satisfy the request of the buyer. Adding the carpet Carpet done Terminals Added All done. New build coming soon. I don't know, the way I built it, should sound beasty, but I'm shipping it to the guy in GA soon, hopefully he'll do some testing on it and show me the results. I'm not so proud on my carpet job, but I built it to sound good. New build coming soon.
