Joe X
Its actually still 1.8 gross and 45hz atleast thats what the torres calculator says. The gross volume is not relevant for alignment but net volume (Vb) , anyhow is made by now so finish it and see if you like it.
HunterJohnson
Yeah I changed my post. I've always had boxes at 32-35 hz so it'll be fun to try something higher Scion tC SQ BuildiPad mini, lots of fabrication, daily drivenFord Explorer C Pillar Wall Build Just a cheap car to destroy with bass
HunterJohnson
Okay figured out what I'm going to do. I only have the bottom back and sides glued so I'm going to just screw it together and listen to it. If I like it i'll run with it, if not I'll adjust it back to the 1" port and get my 33.37 hz Scion tC SQ BuildiPad mini, lots of fabrication, daily drivenFord Explorer C Pillar Wall Build Just a cheap car to destroy with bass

Joe X
Don't worry it's Alpine design, it should work. But I liked better what I left you, You can carpet the box.
HunterJohnson
Thanks for the help Joe! just didnt fit in my car that nice because of the battery amps behind it. it is still a backwards firing sub in a 33hz box! 412 CVX
There's no way that's enough port area. no way in hell. Just say no to Ground Pounder Customs. carshateme
Yeah, I agree with CVX on this one. that port is WAY too small. Last time I checked the port recommendations on Alpine subwoofers were 2.75. New build coming soon.
