That sucks. Good to hear you're ok, for the most part, though.

Thanks man.

..were you not wearing any gear? None of mine looked that bad. That was a clean 04/05 though

Learned the hard way, i had shorts, t shirt, and helmet.

We all do. I NEVER go out without at least my helmet, jacket and jeans. Sweat dries faster than road rash heals. I couldn't take a shower or anything, it hurt so bad..

I always promised myself that i would at least wear a helmet ( 9/10ths of everyone i ride with doesn't) i just look at it and say im glad it was me and not my bro cause he never wears shit.. lol but he does now

Exactly why I never get on my bike without all my gear on, even just to run up the road to the store. Glad you're alright.

  • 2 months later...

So will you wear gear all the time after this accident? (it's just a question, don't start freaking out people)

Too bad you didn't wear gear, i always wear since i've fell off my moped with just jeans and jacket on (50kph crash). So since i started riding motorcycles i always wore gear because it roadrash kind of stings...

Thinking is the root of all problems...

You ALWAYS get what you pay for.
