WTF, I never thought I'd have a conversation about cross dressers and trans-genders on a car audio forum.

Well, I decided that i wanted the amp rack to be taller/ So i pulled my fan shrouds out and made new ones today they are taller now so if i upgrade i have room for more equipment using a second shelf. I also cut a top board for the cover and when i get some plexi i will recess a panel into it. I'm not sure if i want to put in led's yet or not. I also routered out a groove in the lid so it sits snug and won't leak air or rattle. I was going to hinge it but i think for ease of access i will leave it like it is. So anyway, here are the pics.

Thanks, Can't wait to get the money for some vinyl. I never wrapped anything with vinyl before so it will be interesting for sure.

vinyl is nice and all, but it can be a bit of a pain in the nuts. Carpet will hide your screw holes better than vinyl will. If you go vinyl id puddy up and sand down those holes so its smooth with the rest of the box.

woman..cant live with em...cant shoot em...guess were all fucked

You might be a Redneck if you use your leftover gutters for a speaker box port...

But at least in the end result, vinyl looks alot better then carpet, even though I do have to agree, vinyl is pretty expensive.

Well, as i have said, i will use wood filler on the screw holes when i am ready. That's why they are all counter sunk. I want to put some bracing the box and i may change port lengths if i change subs. I would ultimately like two tone gray vinyl to match the car.
