Bump4life
just a personal opinion, i know DD paints their caps with designs and anything you want on there, so it can't affect the speaker's performancde too much. it looks like they just paint theirs black stock anyway. but yea I guess i'd agree with everyone above that said you have to use proper painting techniques based on the material of the cone or cap you will be painting Buyer/Seller Feedback Thread: http://www.stevemead...5015-bump4life/ MB C220 153 Trunk Car Build Log: http://www.stevemead...d/#entry1840136 MB C280 Ipad Dash SQ Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/194484-bump4lifes-new-benz-tony-c-relay-kit-pictures-ce-electric-audison-front-stage-installed/ My SPL Log: http://www.stevemead...__fromsearch__1 BMW M340 xDrive Stock, for now. neuspeedescort
a thin paint job should play no factor. my brother inlaw (though a douche bag) is an airbrush artist. he paint his type S 12. just becareful with the prep. tape stuff off good. chemical reaction is the main issue. its will either happen or not. no telling until your into it.
