Those crossovers are only meant for a midrange and tweeter and they are wired in after your amp. If your running a stock amp forget about the crossovers completely. OrionStang is right on the money don't try and mix and match a stock system, most people here are trying to help you not bag on you.

i meant put it after my MBQuart 1500.1D I have my subs hooked up to. But if i do that it will be putting around 1000 RMS into the crossover from the MBQuart amp and i dont know if that is too much RMS for the crossover to handle

So are you trying to run the crossovers to your subs or take that amp and switch it to run your mids and highs?

Ok, I really think you need to defeat your stock amp. Your MBQuart amp is a (sub amp) and should only be hooked up to your subs. Its a class D mono block amp that should never run your highs. Leave that going to your subs. You should really look into adding a 4 channel amp, look into a 4 channel MB amp. After you get this wired in you can hook up each of your speakers to a channel and be doing it correctly.

The easiest way for you to add the 6 1/2's would just be to install a 4 channel. Forget using the factory amp and factory head unit. MB Quart makes great budget 4 channel amplifiers.

What I'm getting from how you've explained all of this is you cant use the factory wiring for your front speakers because there's a short somewhere, so you can only use the rears which currently have speakers hooked up on them, correct? If so, just forget about hooking up the 6 1/2's with the 6x9's. Use your bass amp to power your tens, and just invest in a new headunit and small 4 channel. If you wired the 6 1/2's on the same power as the 6x9's from the factory amp, you'd have massive impedance issues.
