sps1989 Posted March 3, 2012 Report Share Posted March 3, 2012 (edited) And check the speaker wiring. If you are running more than 1 per channel, then make sure they are not wired at too low of ohms. And check the voltage at the amp. You may need bigger wire with the watts you are trying to push. pimpnFosgates Posted March 3, 2012 Author Report Share Posted March 3, 2012 they arent clipping. the gins are all the way down. im running two per channel. set of fosgate punch 6.5s 4 ohms and fosgate prime 5.25s and on the other set of channels i have a set of aq pa supertweets and a pair of american bass 6.5 8 ohms. You have a 2 ohm load on the front and a 4 ohm load on the rear, maybe that amp doesn't like running like that.
