I think maybe you should go look at your skills you think so highly of. thats a 70k dollar car. I wouldnt touch it without insurance. I had a guy call me earlier this week looking for jl equipment,I know i could have said yeah man ill hook you up and have sold him what he wanted made him happy ,made me happy and made some cash .Still i did not i directed him to >>>>HIS<<< nearest AUTHORIZED JL AUDIO dealer location (which i just so happened to know off the top of my head). Lol yeah the installer put a 50 amp Maxi fuse in there. I told them JL says to use a 100 amp ANL fuse. But they said the 100 amp Maxi fuse will be fine. After blowing 4 fuses in 2 weeks. They put in a ANL fuse holder and charged me 40 bucks. I'm trying to figure out if anybody else has had issues with after market subs in Lexus Mark Levinston systems. But at this point I'll be troubleshooting my system because the idiots at Audio House in Napa are the WORST!! Well if you had to tell them about the product , im going to say that this place was not a jl authorized dealer . Have you tried a new 100am fuse ? i really would not diagnose it yourself but if you do and you have added the new fuse becareful the 100amp fuse hold more current and will be very nasty if it were to melt . PlasticMind Posted March 9, 2012 Author Report Posted March 9, 2012 This really only has to do with what lead from the factory amp do I hook up the high/low RCA connection to? Or if you have had this issue. How did you fix it? And my total install cost 3500. I just ment 900 the installer charged me to put in dampener and connect the amp,sub and Cap.
