2/0 weld wire or 1/0 amp install wire

welding cable has less strands, the jacket is weaker, cost is lower.

Audio power cable more strands, stronger jacket on most quality products, cost is higher.

If both are true rated AWG, the 2/0 obviously will transfer more current.

The 1/0 car audio wire is going to be prettier and ^ more strands = more flexibility if you need to get it through tough places

I used flexaprene 1/0 myself and it was nice. Got it from the local welding supply store
