ChevyBoy95 Posted March 17, 2012 Report Share Posted March 17, 2012 neither. you just dont have to turn the amplifiers gain up as much to reach full potential. but preout voltage isnt linear so, unless you will use the max volume, you probably wont see 4v. Yes preout voltage matters, but it isnt a major issue to the average joe. as far as what else it might effect, i dont know.
