Electrical noob needs powering help!

I plan on starting my build pretty soon, and need your guys' help! I have a 2001 Toyota Corolla I'm wanting to perform this build on... Here's my equipment "to-do" list, I'm still adding onto it:

Components- 2 pairs of Rockford P1S652 two way 6.5", 1 pair of Rockford R152 5.25" two ways, and one pair of Rockford R1T 1" tweeters. One pair of the 6.5's will be going in my kicks, one pair will be going on the pillars along with the 5.25's and tweets.

Subs- Either four VIBE Audio Slick15's or my own built 15's/18's, either way they'll be 500w RMS

Component amps- Two Rockford Prime R300-4's or PBR300x4's

Sub amps- Either two Prime R1000-1's or four R500-1's

Power/ground wires & distribution- KnuKonceptz KCA Kable or Kolossus Fleks Kable 1/0, Kompression-type distro blocks

For batteries, I will be going with XS Power. I've heard nothing but good things about them and thought I'd give 'em a shot. I just don't know how many or what size I'll need.

I know with all this extra current draw, my stock 80A alternator simply isn't going to cut it. I have two options on an alternator, I can either go with the MechMan 270XP, or wait the estimated month until DC Power Engineering releases their 1998-2002 Corolla 320A alternator. I'm leaning towards waiting for the DC because that will give me a little more time to save up for it, and MechMan is notorious for improper bolt-on fitting. Can anyone help me out on this one? I'd really appreciate it!

I would wait for the DC Alt and as for batteries you're looking at 2000w rms on your sub stage so 2 D3100's in the back and a proper sized battery under the hood should set you right and just watch your voltage until you get that bigger alt. As for your amps I would honestly scrap the idea on that many amps instead look at getting one big amp for the subs like this one http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_31814_VIBE-Audio-BlackDeath-Bass-1-V1.html for $600 you would pretty good on power then you just need to get 4 D2 subs to get them down to 1 ohm. As for mids and highs amps if I counted right you're running a total of 8 speakers so the 2 mids/highs amps are fine.

I Agree on 1 big amp for the subs for ease of wiring and such, but since you mentioned saving money up, this is a little more budget friendly. Not as much power, but a tad cheaper

100 bucks for everything its a good deal if u ask me usually u pay 20 bucks for the damn fuse block let alone one with a volt meter

heavy duty rcas that u twist and it tightens around the rca outputs in the cd player and amp so they wont come loose.

The BlackDeath does sound like a badass amp, but I'd like to stick with the Rockfords. I have always loved Rockford's amps, never once has one let me down and I've owned quite a few! The idea of four R500-1's is kinda overkill, so I plan on getting two of the R1000-1D's and running two of the 15's off each one. It works out perfect because the terminals of the R1000's are internally paralleled, and the SLICK15's are SVC 4-ohm woofers, so I can have one sub on each channel to get a 2-ohm load... Correct?

I noticed also that the Prime series amps can be daisy-chained. Say I have both of these amps, I have the RCA's from the head unit into the master input of amp #1, and then the slave ran to amp #2. If I have the remote gain hooked up to amp #1, will it also control the amp gain on amp #2?

Also, four 15's in the cabin of a small sedan is going to be a LOT of bass. The subs will be in place of where the rear bench seat used to be, so there's really no need to put any components in the back (which is why they're all going in the front). Question is, will the components I chose be enough to still clearly hear the music, even while the setup is at full-tilt?

That does look like a really good deal, but I think I'll stick with my Knu wiring. Before I put Knu in my truck, I had StreetWires and let me tell you the difference between the two is night and day. I noticed immediately that my headlights didn't dim as much, subs got a lot cleaner and hit a little better, and my amp wouldn't get as warm as it did. The only bad thing I have to say about Knu (I wouldn't even consider it bad) is since the conductor is a tad larger, it's a little difficult to fit it in the terminal. Lol!

You will not need 2 D3100s, and a 3rd XS Power under the hood along with a highoutput alternator of any manufacture. That is so retarded overkill its not even funny...

Truthfully speaking a mechman 270amp or dc power 320amp alt and an upgraded battery under the hood alone is enough to support a 2000watt rms amp... no need for 1 d3100 in the back, let alone 2.....

Your talking about a 200amp draw at max..

I'm sorry I wasn't saying to run 3 xs batts but just a bigger batt under the hood than the standard battery you would normally get for a corolla and me suggesting 2 batts in the back was only because typically I see people run batts before alts (plus the alt he wants to get is not even in production yet, so I figured the system would be done well before the alt is available). When I read it I didn't really take it as a "I have a dream system" considering most of the gear he is running is technically speaking in an affordable price range. Now if he came and said I want to run 4 15's and 10k watts then I would have stepped back and left the question alone. More times than not I see people run their systems with the car off hence the reason for just two XS in the back and I was not calculating the h/o alt nor was I telling him to run an XS up front and somewhere the advice I was trying to give came across differently and for that I do apologize if I confused the OP or misinformed him in anyway.
