People around me locally are always selling them (or similar models) and they work into my tiny budget. 412 CVX Posted March 21, 2012 Author Report Share Posted March 21, 2012 They do alright. if you could get them cheap then they might be worth it. but any claims of JL being better 'SQ' are bs in my eyes. i owned some kicker CVX 12's which are supposedly on the opposite end of the spectrum because they're designed to be 'loud'. had both brands in my car and they sounded identical. It's all about the box they're in. Just say no to Ground Pounder Customs.
