MistaDarklord Posted March 27, 2012 Report Share Posted March 27, 2012 So this is my first big build that I'm doing for my car and I was wondering about my options for sound deadening and what to actually sound deaden. In my build I've made plans to face my subs forward and I'm wondering if it's still a good idea to still do it along with the rear deck and maybe roof. Just looking for some ideas of how to go about. If so, roof and doors and maybe a little bit on the rear deck, so if you seal it off you don't need any deadener in the trunk. Quote Thinking is the root of all problems... You would want to hit the roof with Damplifier Pro or Alpha Damp (or other similarly strong CLD mat). The doors can be treated with a lesser product like Damplifier.
