Rylan Posted March 28, 2012 Report Posted March 28, 2012 So i have a trouble code light on my amp. Orion HCCA 2500.1. And its saying I'm basically giving it too much voltage. I have a 300 amp fuse which I intend to switch to a 250 to handle this issue. So my question here is.. "can over powering the amp cause distortion? Even at low gain? And after my fuse swap can I expect a cleaner output for a higher gain setting?"

Rylan Posted March 28, 2012 Author Report Posted March 28, 2012 Good to go. The reason I thought that was because my manual says any fuse larger then 250 amps will void warranty.
