Nothing I did to the box or port made any changes to the graph. I down sized the box 27 cubes and changed the port size like 6 different ways with no change. Box was a fail so after 3 weeks of testing and no improvement today I ripped it out. The best it did on batteries with the port not working

It never showed up on the impedance graph no matter how I changed it. There was no excursion till about 30hz and sounded very strange.
