punkrockprs
ive read alot of stories about stuff like this. the way usually it works is paypal makes the buyer submit a photo of the item destroyed and they refund the money. :\ Quote C-Fizzy, on 01 April 2012 - 01:06 PM, said: Clip city bitch, clip clip city bitch. 10's, 12's, 15's, goin up in flames bitch. corey0928
Sellers really have little if any insurance by selling on ebay. I got screwed over because the tracking number I had didn't have delivery confirmation (USPS blows) and the buyer said the phone never arrived and I got boned out of $235 when I was 16 lol, if you have pics of it working submit those to paypal especially if they have a date anywhere on them

punkrockprs
That is also why you put on the ebay ad "NO RETURNS ACCEPTED" and "NO WARRENTY".. ive been selling alot on ebay (i know all the stuff works) but i make sure i put that to protect myself Quote C-Fizzy, on 01 April 2012 - 01:06 PM, said: Clip city bitch, clip clip city bitch. 10's, 12's, 15's, goin up in flames bitch. SojiaRaggs9000
IF they don't have a date..... Photoshop some on there... Better that than loosing $$$. Not saying you should do it to get out of it... but if your in the right.. then by all means. Trust me I've been in the same place as you. Sent the guy the goods. All was good for about a week. Then I lost $700 in the same manner because the guy used his dad's account... in which he called the bank and have them reverse the charge. They claimed it was an "unapproved charge" having no tracking number (since 2 weeks had passed) paypal made my account -$700 back in 08. I had over 1000 good transactions and this was the only problem I had ever had. But still... a pain in the butt and i lost $700. Not to mention not getting the item back.
