Digital Designs 500 series 8" sub,508

Recommended Posts

Wassup fellas? Just wondering who here all has had the expierence or has personally heard a DD 508? If so let me know yall's opinion on the sub(s) depending on how many y'all heard. Meaning 2 of them a single 8,etc. I'm thinking of running a pair and have never heard them and seen a few vids on you tube but just wanted to hear some personal expierences. Thx in advance fellas!!

if you put a DD-1 in your amp terminal and it immediately went up in smoke, i would be concerned.

If you shoved your dick in the terminal and it didn't blow up but a month later it blew up, i STILL WOULDN'T be able to blame your dick.

It just does not make sense at all.

I'd head on over to the pwkdesigns forum and ask Pete. He's done a lot with DD, he might know a thing or two.

do not do this.

What do you want to know about it? Its a low power 8 inch woofer.

well...the 500 series are cheap, not worth reconning but a good bang for the buck.....they has a FS of 30hz, and they get pretty loud....if tunned around 35-40hz

at/or a bit above the price point of the DD508...you have better options like N8 mentioned SA-8 being the prime example $170...along with Skar VVX-8...as a bit closer to the DD508 in price $135

i didnt see any price listed for the DD2508...but the 10s are $320 so I would guess its about $300-310ish for the DD2508 if you were looking at the DD508 based on price
