Honestly when I saw your videa I was freaking out because that's essentially the same setup that I will have in a few days here. I have a DC lvl 4 12 on the way to upgrade from a VVX-12 on 500wrms lol. looks really good. how much power were you feeding that beast? I'm thinking of running my AP-1500.1D to it for now but I have seen vids where the sub has seen 2000+wrms

great job btw. I love what you did with the accent lights in the trunk. my car's a POS but I do whatever I can to make it look half decent.

Thank you so much everyone for the comments! I haven't had time to work on this much this week or even check this page and coming back to all these comments put a huge smile on my face. Right now I'm editing a video update for my YouTube channel and then I will be posting up a nice little flex video.

Still on the to do list is:

Trim around the box

Add third deck speaker grill and port the trunk into the cabin

Bake and paint headlights and directionals

Get rims

Get lowering springs, shocks, struts and adjustable pan hard bar

Dynamat trunk

Im also thinking of removing the sunroof wind screen. What do you guys think of that going? I'm not sure what it really is doing or if I like how it looks.

how much power were you feeding that beast?

Right now I have it on a Rockford Fosgate T1000-1bdCP. I haven't clamped this yet (as I don't have a clamp) and I don.t have a birthsheet but based on what others say this amp is probably giving out around 1500w RMS as the 1ohm load I have the sub wired to.

Here's a little update for you guys. This shows the inside of my trunk in a little better detail then i could get with pictures.

Also I am thinking of getting some HIDs and projectors soon. What do you guys this of this look? Next paycheck ill be torn between lowering the car and getting HIDs and projectors.

This is the kit I'm thinking about getting. http://www.theretrofitsource.com/product_info.php?products_id=227{23}321{2}4{5}219{30}432{1}48{26}344{3}275{4}184

Got my side markers all wired up today. Liking how they look a lot. Didn't take much time at all once I used my brain and took the wheel well cover off so I could fish the wires easier.

I used some fishing line to cut through the adhesive that was holding the volvo logos on. Behind these logos are holes for side markers. I have always thought of this as a little odd though because out off all the volvo with these holes (240s after 85 I think and all 740/760 and 940/960) The only car that actually came with side markers was the 960. Ether way I'm grateful for these holes as I didn't want to do any body work.

Life became so much easier once I took the 5 bolt out that held this up......

I wired the markers up to the parking light positive and the blinker positive. By doing this the marker is on when that parking lights or headlights are on and it will flash alternatively to the from and rear blinker. If i was to wire this to the blinker positive and the ground the marker would have only blinked and no stayed on when the lights are on.

Here is the marker all in place.

I have a little something in the mail to make my headlights, directional and markers look a little nicer and custom. I'm too lazy to tell you what that is yet though. I also plan to work on the box trim a little tomorrow if a get a chance.
