Sneak update. Did a template sorta just to test fit. Crappy cardboard, but wanted to get an idea. Don't judge my cardboard skills. Lol.

Start of baffle. Will be cutting and using the center piece.

Hopefully ordering kid monday, the headgasket kit, with all gaskets.

This is my first semi-wall build, Im just trying it out, and learning as i go is all.

Also stripped every piece of car audio out of my van. lol.

Slowly but surely.

I'm going to be redoing the baffle, One to fit the inside of the shell, and another one that fits the outside where the previous was. And then 2x4 bracing.

The seat is a bit too forward, and my knee's hit the dash. The old baffle was .75", so that's why.

And I'm not sure, but it sounds like the engine may have a cracked head or block.

Our fingers are crossed for ya... Hopefully it is just the head gasket.

Looks like youre off to a great start! Im not huge on the wheels but, its not mine. Lol! Maybe theyd look cleaner if it was lower? Coilovers for hondas are CHEAP!

Not too many do lol.

I have a good, second head in storage if its cracked. If its warped, Ill have to have it machined flat. No biggy. If the block is cracked, time for a whole new engine.

I will take the red caps off the wheel, and see how it looks. Then post pics. Don't have money for new ones so.

Of course its raining, and I need to get another sheet of. Birch, but no moneys right now, so it will have to wait LOL.

And I need to raise the back more then anything, then once that's fixed, ill match the front. It is so low already. Im nervous about adding the second sub when the time comes. It doesnt hit the outer panel, i think it was flared out, but none the less.
