I'll just post it up now, what the hell lol Just bought an older RF amp off of one of the members here, I forget what their screen name is though I just took the end caps off lol. they take up too much space under my seat everything I need to install the new amp removed driver seat and first thing I did was grind down a good ground everything in and wired up, except for left speakers of course so far they sound good, I want to wait until I can get an O-scope on the amp so I know where I can turn it up to not pretty but it works this was very helpful for cutting the tweeter hole and some video for you video whores I still need to upload more, this video was just on stock HU power. I can't wait to hear them scream when the amp is tuned properly. Instead of going out and raging I decided to go home and work on my car first of all I got the mids/highs amp mounted above the ground with some UHMW plastic strips that I found laying around the house I got wires cleaned up too and hidden I dreaded doing this, but I got up the courage to get my shit together and work on the beauty panel for the trunk wall got a paper template made up and with taped sheets of paper after 2 tries I finally got a whole sheet of 1/4" birch ply cut in one piece lol BINGO!!! what could this be? Crandis16 Posted March 11, 2013 Author Report Posted March 11, 2013 I decided that the port and box needed some serious work before it was all done I pulled the box and everything else in the trunk and got to work coil still looks perfect I took off the black trim piece above the box and painted it satin black because it was looking pretty faded and ugly I also filled in holes around the port and painted the port with gloss white paint again I removed the sub, sanded down the ugly dustcap, then gave it a new clean paint job it turned out better than I imagined My Red zx2 Build Log My Black zx2 Build Log My Red zx2 UBL
