andale927 Posted April 29, 2012 Report Posted April 29, 2012 Well, I have finally decided to go big (for me). I purchased 2x AA Mayhem 12s and a AQ3500D.1. I also bought a DC 270A Alternator and a D3400 as starter battery. I only have $400 left. What would be the best choice of batteries for me to get and suffer from minimum voltage drop. This is all going in a 08 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V. I appreciate the help guys!

You got good gear, Do skimp out on the last thing you need. your system is only good as your weakest point. andale927 Posted April 29, 2012 Author Report Posted April 29, 2012 Okay, I will buy a D3100. Will that be enough though? Also I read that xs power batteries die easily with a charging voltage above 14.4 and on the DC Power website it says the alts are set to 15.1 volts. Is this a problem???
