BEEMDUB
Just got this charger from HF and was wondering if it would be ok if when I used it I hooked up the pos and neg at my sub amps terminals...The only reason I ask is because getting to my batteries pos post is a pain in the ass and involves me moving my amp rack so I'd rather just hook it up at the amp if its okay it seems like it would be fine I mean the pos and neg on the amp go straight to the pos and neg posts on the battery... Also unfortunately this charger will drain your battery if left hooked up the battery but unplugged from the wall so I was gonna throw a switch on the pos lead will I be ok doin that ? Ballen194
Yes you can. It won't hurt your amp at all. It's only 1.5 amps anyway. It'd be no different than charging your battery at the posts with your amp still plugged in. 98 Isuzu Rodeo Pioneer Deh-6300ub SUBS*Upcoming* SSA Xcon 18 4th order AMP Banda 3500 Mids/Highs Pioneer EQ Clarion EQS746 ETC.
