And yes changing the stock poppets out for the better stock spider injectors is a good idea if you already gonna have stuff pulled apart. Due to the fact that you drive it daily, I'm less inclined to think its a clogged injector than something else. If it was a vaccum leak, you'd more than likely notice abnormal engine temperatures... Smoove Posted May 4, 2012 Report Share Posted May 4, 2012 The Marine intake conversion can be done, if you know what your doing it looks to be a weekend job. I have been thinking about doing the same conversion. I believe even on a 98 you have swap your PCM "0411"(a step I have already done).
