Buying a New laptop tonight Need help choosing

I went with the options of a couple people I trust in the area. Two of which have the 420, ones brother has the y470... and one who has experience with Asusand Lenovo. Thanks for the input fellas

Personally I would go for the Dell. They are good to work with and I love the back lit Keyboard.

Well I've been a dell certified repair tech for about 6 years now.

I will never buy one, especially an alienware (Having owned 3 of them)

I currently have an M17x

I think the screen has been the ONLY part in it that hasnt been replaced.

Both video cards, the fans, motherboard, hard drives, keyboard, ram, and the touchpad

Oh, I guess the plastics are still original.

Two things i dont like about the laptop so far...the screen resolution is worst on this than my 6 year old dell...and the speakers on it arent very good, even though they are "jbl"

not sure if i should get the Dell 15z or not, and send this back.
