No where near enough information here.

What is your alternator? How much power? What else have you done to your electrical?

If this is your charging voltage, your alternator is taking a crap. Get a new one.

ok stock alt,just 1 and its the stock battery, and big 3 under the hood... i was getting this before and the belts needed to be replaced, so i had a buddy do that.. and the meter is connected to my remote wire on my amp

the red + wire on the meter is connected to the remote wire?

it should be:

red to amp battery +

blue to remote

black to amp battery -

if thats how its wired, and its still 12.9, then the alt is going bad.

well that would explain the low voltage haha. remote wire is usually in the 12's

edit: post back when the wiring is corrected though, just to see if the problem persists.
