Yeah, the issue about increasing the fine is a bunch of crap! I can understand the whole "disturbing the peace" ordinance in cases like tuning your amp in your driveway when your neighbors house is about 2 feet from your driveway, but who the hell is it bothering when you're driving down the street and the noise is gone in about 20 seconds or maybe a good 5 minutes if Steve happened to drive by. Haha! But, is it really hurting anyone!? It's a conflicting issue for me because on some level, I understand from other peoples perspectives that it can be kinda irritating, however, at the same time, I wanna be able to enjoy the sound that I've spent my time and money on.
