I started doing it a couple days a week near the end of my Army days, but stopped when I got out. Thinking about getting back at it. You don't know what your workout of the day will be until the day of, and its always something different, and off days are random. Check out crossfit.com for more info, and the workout of the day.

I did it for a couple years. We had a club in Iraq, I think it was called CJSOTF or something. Best shape I was ever in!

Then I got hurt, fat, slow.lol Now I am mending a cracked femur so I am slowly working my way back into it.

And Cindy made me puke my guts out...

its a 4th order just because its tuned in the 40z doesnt mean it wont reach down and jiggle your balls at sub 30 hz frequencies.

Regardless if they were dipped platinum and were stuffed in Beyonce's twat.....way too fucking exspensive

I think i'll start posting the workout of the day (wod) here.

Monday May 14th. Overhead squat, 7 sets of one. Start heavy and add weight on each single.

An overhead squat is done by holding the bar straight over your head elbows locked, and squatting down hips below knees.

This is a strength workout, meaning Tuesday will probably be killer cardio/superset stuff.
