45's don't hurt loudness, they help it. The reason is less turbulence, and it makes it more efficient because of it.

Depends on the application actually. 45's sometimes can actually hurt your score.

But OP, you can fill the corner with resin and hold it at an angle until it dries, or take pvc and cut it into 1/4's and glue/screw it in, or take concrete former and cut it into 1/4's and glue/screw it in. I did the third one and put expanding foam behind the curve and glassed and bondo'd over the top.

Well I guess punching a woman is a good way to test your strength! You never know how strong you are until you cold-cock a woman in the head and break that bitches jaw.

Next time she tries to punch you in the stomach, whip your wiener out and chase her around. Show her who's boss.

and how much testing have you guys done with 45's???????????

i tested over 40 boxes with 45's with and without 99% the 45's lost db's that 1 % that helped a total of 2 whole boxes was like .2 tenths

Have you ever had your woofers blown?

you learn something new every day! How would decreased wind resistance affect the loudness in a negative way? more displacement?

do you have facts to back this claim of 45's and less turbulance?

um, they direct the flow out of the port. They also maintain a constant port width.
