Can I at least get a general direction of more port area less cft^3 or less. Cuz I'm wandering around in the dark at this point.

2.25-2.5 cubic feet per sub NET, 13-14 square inches per cubic feet of net volume if using aero ports, 16-17 if using slot port, 36-40 Hz tuning.

gross volume means nothing net you want to be in the 2 to 2.5 range depending on variables and 14-16 per cube in port area. i like to tune them around 35 as well. your design up there with 28 sq in of port is pretty bad.
