Would I need Dual 1's?

Well I've been thinking. I have 2 n2 15's (dual 2) in a wall on 2 BC3500's If I get 2 more 15's would I need to get dual 1's and recones for my dual 2's to make them 1's? and can you mix the n2 series with the old ufo's? Thanks. Just weighing my future options

If your running the 2 bc at 2 ohms strapped you need four d1s the same if you run 2 on 1 bc. So yes you need d1s and not sure about the n2s and old ufos but i doubt it.

If in common chamber box then all need to be the same ohm, you amp is what will determine weather you need duel 2 or 1 ohm

They will not mix...different displacement and power handling... talked to Scott about this same question and he advised not to mix different generation subs. Better off buying n2 motors if you can find them and recones and baskets from fi... or just buying 2 more n2 dual 1s from them along with recones for the current subs you have...
