potatochipd Posted May 22, 2012 Report Share Posted May 22, 2012 (edited) I got my blue led stinger volt meter today from amazon and when i tested it on a battery i had lying around it read the voltage fine except for the bottom row of led's were not lighting up? it read 12.6 like it was but the bottom of the 2 and 6 were not showing up.
