If that car hit your bike plus another car it must be nearly totalled. Maybe call insurance companies, tow truck companies, junk yards, body shops in the area and inquire about tommorrow. Person was probably drunk driving to hit 2 vehicles like that.

call around to tow companies and such like bassface here said but dont stop at tauras ask about any ford that has front end damage thats silver or grey/pewter

did you find any parts with any part numbers on the back? If so it will be 3 sets of numbers and letters.

I find it hard to think that it was a Taurus. Just because it's front end is so low to the ground. But it could be. Here is a pic of a newer Focus which has a similar spear.

If that frame is twisted up, don't rebuild it. I'm not sure how it works in your area, but here it's a pain in the ass. And if you want money from it, you're gonna need to inform the insurance company. They'll write it off due to the frame alone. Then you gotta pay a huge inspection fee + all the busted parts for a rebuilt salvage title. Sorry to hear about it though. I was rear ended a couple years ago. Hit and run. Not as extensive as yours, but still big bucks. They caught him though. Oddly enough, it was another bike. No idea how he got away. I was out.

quick update: I drove about 34 miles aroud my neighborhood and found 4 silver ford focuses. 3 had damage to the driver side, and one of them looked fresh, like the blinker was about to fall off. it was barley hanging there. I couldn't see the front to check for the badge, but I checked the tag and it was a rented one with a phone number. im going to call them up tomorrow and ask if tey have a ford focus out with a huge dent in the side

did you see any paint scatches or scrapes that match the color of you bike or your neighbors car?

not totally positive on this but i think , at some point in time auto makers started put numbers on parts that tie the part back the vin # of the car

hope you can find the responsible party for this , having parts of the car helps your odds quite a bit

And junior, I'm not sure. He told the cop that he seen me and turned around in an attemp to catch up to me. I was on the brake and he never stopped. Flung me into a culvert and he rolled out.
