just got my combo pk today

Recommended Posts

found out my kenwood excelon kfc-595 headunit does not clip at all, unless i screwed something up.. but i checked it both ways it said i could... was actually able to turn my gain up.. although the clipping indicator was going crazy, idk what to believe. can the quality of the music make it clip even though the smd dd1 says it doesnt on just the test cd? cause i cant afford to replace anything else.. imma try the test at 40hz on the test cd tomorrow and see if it clips on the bass knob, then i know the knob is just not giving good reading, or the music is making i distort.

Trust your tools!

Thats cool. Im way too old to be upset by shit like that. Your name is winston. Your own parents hated you even before you were born.

My penis is bigger than your penis

I'm far from loud and my roof/headliner flaps around like Adam's ass on a windy day. I think it depends more on the structure of the vehicle.

Back it down a little for piece of mind. From what your expressing your gains are way higher then when you started or would have ever gone. So you can thumb it down a little.
