The CARB certification for the visual part of the emissions inspection. The car will pass the sniffer, but without that sticker, I won't pass unless I find a "cool" smog shop. Or forge the sticker. I would just find a "cool" smog shop. My neighbor has one he gets his truck done at. A guy he works with owns a few and for a couple extra bucks will let the visual slide. But that sticker would be worth a try. If your setup looked legitimant. I'm sure it will...than it could probably get by the less sctrutinous inspectors.
