I like the quick ability to heat up and cook my gas grill allows me during the freezing ass cold winter, but miss the charcoal I can only use over the summer. I pieced together my own batter I tried cheesecake for the first time ever like 2 months ago and decided to try making my own. Took me like 2 tries to make it right but I started tweaking it and making my own recipe along with the crust.
