Not really sure about rear stage

So I've got a '08 Chevy Aveo LS. The factory stereo has a set of 6.5 speakers in the rear stage, 5.25 speakers in the doors and a tweeters up in the a pillars. I'm trying to keep the stock look but not sacrifice the sound so I'm goin for a 5.25 & tweeter comp set for the front stage but I'm not really sure what to do with the rear stage. I'm also lookin at sticking either a solo skar vvx12 or sa12d4 or pair of em in the trunk so that'll be covering my bass, not too worried about that at this point. Dunno if that'll affect what I do with the rear stage too much. I'm already running a Pioneer 8400bh deck. So any ideas or advice?

If you were listening to live music the band is in front of you not behind you, most sq builds dont use a rear stage. Put a really good set in front, disconnect the rear factory speakers. Bass is omnidirectional, highs are directional.

i would agree i would focus primarily on the front stage speakers. it wouldnt hurt if you replaced your rear speakers but...
