CARMAGEDON Posted June 9, 2012 Report Posted June 9, 2012 (edited) Hey guys! Just stumbled onto the forum, and thought id say whats up. Driving a 2005 dodge magnum, actually just about to install an RE audio 15" XXX. Just thought id ask if anybody already has box dimensions they wouldnt mind sharing, or if somebody could give me a hand. Kind of new to the whole ported world. diatribe Posted June 9, 2012 Report Posted June 9, 2012 Measure the space that you want to fit it into. Give us a rough width, height and depth that you have to work with. Quote
monteboy05 Posted June 9, 2012 Report Posted June 9, 2012 That's goin to be nice when u get it done Quote Team bassin chevys
diatribe Posted June 9, 2012 Report Posted June 9, 2012 I grabbed the ts params from RE's website. In yellow is a graph of 4 cu ft tuned to 33 Hz. RE's recommended large ported enclosure. Red is 4 cu ft, with a system total q of 0.737. Honestly, the XXX models much better as a sealed enclosure. Quote
Zapanater Posted June 9, 2012 Report Posted June 9, 2012 Mmm love the magnum bro! Pretty sexy for a wagon. Pretty sexy for any car for that matter. Quote 2015 Subaru Outback. That is all, I refuse to touch it.
