05 obs Posted June 19, 2012 Report Share Posted June 19, 2012 i have the alpine type s comps , i got mine for 35 like new off feebay ,got a pair of type s 2 ways for about the same price . my opinion , they aren't worth $100 , they are ok , but i would have been disapointed for retail price .really not sure which way a guys money is best spent on comps at this point . what i do know is i have been fishing off a small pier , there's a lot of brands out there i never herd of , that i have seen since joining smd I agree I have the type s also.
