Need a box.

Here is another suggestion for two 12" RE SEs (no kerf though):

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 32.7 Hz

Vb = 4 ft^3

External Height = 15 in

External Width = 37 in

External Depth = 22.25 in

Port Width = 4 1/2 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2x Front = 15 7/8 x 13 1/2

2x Front Internal = 14 3/8 x 13 1/2

Back = 37 x 13 1/2

Left & Right Sides: 20 3/4 x 13 1/2

Top & Bottom = 37 x 22 1/4

Shared Port Internal Assembly Parts:

2 x Front to Back = 18 1/2 x 13 1/2

2 x Extension = 6 1/8 x 13 1/2

Going to start on the box this weekend. I checked and the price of MDF is down which is a good thing. I'll b taking a lot of pics. If I'm lucky I can finish my big 3. Getting to my alt is gonna be a mission.

Hey Joe, i know it's bad but i have never put 45's in a box before. How wide or what is a good size for a 45? Will 2-3" be good?

I think 45 degrees is a good angle for 45 degree angles.

no you idiot. he's asking how wide should the 45's be. no shit 45's need to be cut at 45 degree angles. im surprised (not really) that you couldn't answer a simple question like that.

Thanks capt obvious. But the 45's can 2" or 5".
