Well I'm not sure..and I guess I'm not the only one that doesn't get what you're asking.

T o "improve" the current setup, you got a lot of feedback.

The only other options realy lie in re-building or swapping out gear for heavier equipment (i.e. 2 more subs or go with some Fi BTLs/RE SX's etc and some bigger amps).

Maybe upgrade electrical if it seems it needs to be or hasnt been done yet-Big 3, upgraded battery, and/or Iraggi HO alt.

Other than that if you really want more out of it-it's rebuild time.

Maybe throw a bass enhancement piece in there-I'd def recommend an AudioControl Epic-160 indash.

I have one and love it.

Aight yea that is wat i was tryin to get at....if there you guys dont think that i will get much more out of this system than yea i might have to start saving up for some new subs, amp, rebuild box,etc....i am already lookin at building another box(6cu ft.) and its a common chamber and has a slot port....subs up,port up. cause right now the subs and the ports are angled to the back windows....so do you think have them both straight up would change anything?

and again i say thanks for all of the tips, feedback, info!!! you guys are great!

ok now i wanna build a new box....but i wanna no from you guys if you think it is even worth it....like do u think that it will help? it is gonna be 6cu ft again but instead of havein the 2 chambers(1 for each sub) this one would be a common chamber with a slot port....subs and port firing straight up. so my ? to you guys is do you think it is even worth it/or do you think that it will make a diff?

thanks guys!

Well bro, consider this-

The "BIG DOGS" in audio been doin it a long time (generally)...

They have built a LOT of enclosures (generally) and have tried them out/seen what works what doesn't.

So with that in mind-I say build another box asap. Then build another one, and another one if you can.

With so many variables involved, if you really wanna squeeze every bit of performance outta ur setup you have roughly 2 options:

1:Experiment by rebuilding until you see gains, and just keep goin that direction until the gain stops/peaks (not loudness per se just overall "betterness")

OR

2: Build an exact COPY of what some one has done already after doing all the experimentation/guesswork for you.

It's like-Wow, quite a few dudes have loud setups in SUVs after/thanks to guys like Steve that put in the WORK and built a few giant ported boxes w/ 18" subs and tweaked the power supply/airspace/etc and everything involved until they had a siick setup, and then everybody just went did a COPY or similar setup.

The whole "CRX" style box is a product of folks experimenting and figuring that THAT type of box is best in THAT car.

Give it try-worst case, go back to what you know was running well and sell the "project box" to make back $$ and start over.
