Big 3 upgrade uncertainty. HELP?

Hey all so i have most of my equipment today for the Big 3 upgrade.

25' of 0AWG(along with upgraded battery terminals, fuse holder w/200amp fuse)

but i have been getting some discrepancies of the actual wiring

so i understand this:

1 Alternator(+) to Battery(+) with a fuse near the battery.

2 Battery(-) to the chassis(frame of the car)

?but number 3?

i've read and watching numerous vidoes and readmany articles, but am getting information of it being "Engine block to chassis" or "battery(-) to engine block"

so which is that number 3?
