Excursion Posted June 27, 2012 Report Share Posted June 27, 2012 Does anyone have any experience with upgrading the big 3 on a 2001 or similar S10 Blazer 4.3l? I dont know what wire is the positive on my alternator and looked underneth and I did not see any bolts on engine block. If anyone has done one please help me out. Do you have more than that? kl0wn Posted July 8, 2012 Report Share Posted July 8, 2012 I found some random nut on my engine block when I had my Explorer that I used to ground, you just have to take your time and search around. About the fuse, if you are going to put one on there just put it closer to the battery, somewhere like 4" from the battery will be fine.
