I really want to know how close the output is, and if the ~$200 price difference is justified between them. Both being used, of course. There are a few 3000's out there right now, i'd like to get a hold of one if my M3a is going to keep smoking itself. fyi, the rare DC 3k and crescendo 3k are both the same board as the sundown 3k. might help you find a good deal. i ran my 1500s at .5ohm strapped. 3ks at .5ohm each. i have faith in them.
