just kind of ranting .... bought a 2012 ford edge not even a month ago ... has 1800 miles on it and the back bumper has paint peeling off down to the black plastic >.< going to the dealership tomorrow to hopefully get fixed .... if they dont i am going to raise hell .... i paid for the premium extended warrenty so it should be covered .... anyone else ever have this problem ?

end rant thanks guys ! havnt even made first payment on the car yet >.< GRRRR

Yup, factory defects are common on bumpers due to the urethane! Ask for step by step process of the repaint to make sure either the bumper was completely stripped down to the plastic or the put a new bumper! If they just try to fix the damaged area, there is a good chance it will happen again!
